Carleton Place Lofts is a proud participant of the HTC Program. To qualify as a resident, a prospective household must earn 60% of area median income or less. For instance, a new qualifying community member will need to fall just below the following annual income boundaries:

• 1 Occupant -  $33,000
• 2 Occupants - $37,680
• 3 Occupants - $42,420
• 4 Occupants - $47,100
